Many takeoffs are hastily conducted, with vast amounts of missing hardware, no waste allotment  and missing lumber.  Most of our customers sadly only come to us after losing tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars due to getting the wrong material list. 

We eliminate this with precise material takeoffs that include every piece of hardware and stick of lumber in the entire building, also compensating for material waste factors and standard building practices.
